This two bedroom plus den, two bath unit is equipped with a well appointed kitchen with pantry for plenty of storage, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, hair dryers, central air, 4 TV's, 2 VCRs, DVD Player and Premium Cable. Bring your laptop and take advantage of Sea Watch's free Wireless DSL for Internet access around the pool, in the courtyard and in the unit. On the first floor, use 311's beach locker stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and lots of sand toys. If you need to go to the market, use the cart provided to bring back you groceries from the Super Fresh just across the street. The Sea Watch is conveniently located on 115th St. and Coastal Hwy on the oceanfront near shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and, of course, the beach. The building's many amenities include: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts (we have provided some rackets), fitness facility, saunas, huge game room (we have provided some ping pong paddles), gift shops, snack and soda shop, new playground, basketball court and a beautiful interior courtyard. In addition, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your peace of mind. The Sea Watch charges a $40 Non-Refundable Parking Fee at Check-In.
